3. 您的選擇

- 關閉震動或音效只會變更本機設定，不會影響其他資料權利。

Magical Shark ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Skate Giraffe (the "Game") and its third-party services handle information when you use the Game.
1. Data stored by the Game
The Game does not require an account and does not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, or contacts.
The following information is stored locally on your device to provide Game functionality:
- Best distance and related gameplay records;
- Preferences such as sound, vibration, language, and background;
- Necessary local state, such as the number of ad display intervals.
We do not upload this information to our own servers. You can remove it by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the Game.
2. Advertising and third-party services
The Game uses Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) to provide advertising. Google and its partners may process information including:

- Ad impressions, clicks, and other advertising interactions;

3. Your choices
- You can manage advertising-tracking permissions in your device's privacy settings.
- Where consent is required, the Game or advertising service may present privacy choices that let you manage how advertising data is used.
- Turning vibration or sound off changes only the applicable local preference.
4. Retention and deletion
Information stored by the Game remains only on your device until you clear the data or uninstall the Game. Information processed by third-party services is retained according to each provider's policies. You may contact us using the details below to make a privacy-related request.
5. Children's privacy
The Game is not specifically directed to children below the minimum legal age in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information directly to us. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us.
